Judges Recognise Company for Commercial Deployment and Software Innovation

Reading, UK – Monday 18th May 2026 – Antevia Networks, the telecoms equipment vendor changing the economics of 5G private networks, today announced that it has been shortlisted in two categories at the SCF Mobile Network Awards 2026, organised by the Small Cell Forum. Winners will be announced at a ceremony held during SCF’s flagship event, Small Cell World Summit being held on 2nd and 3rd June at Pullman St Pancras, London.

Antevia has been recognised in the following categories:

  • Excellence in Commercial Deployment – for its Private 5G deployment at Bath Rugby Club, delivered in collaboration with Spry Fox Networks

  • Outstanding Software and Services Product or Technology – for its 5G Shift solution, which is transforming the economics of private networks

The Bath Rugby Club deployment showcases how private 5G can deliver high-performance, reliable connectivity in demanding, high-density venue environments. Delivered in partnership with Spry Fox Networks, the solution demonstrates the practical value of private networks in enhancing operational efficiency and user experience.

Antevia Networks’ 5G Shift solution addresses one of the key barriers to private network adoption by fundamentally changing the cost model, enabling organisations to deploy scalable, flexible and commercially viable private 5G infrastructure.

“The value of private 5G isn’t just in the technology itself, but in how effectively it can be deployed to deliver real-world impact,” said Simon Cosgrove, CEO at Antevia Networks. “We are delighted to be shortlisted in two categories, recognising both our work at Bath Rugby Club with Spry Fox Networks, and the innovation behind 5G Shift. These nominations reflect our focus on making private networks both practical and economically accessible.”
