5G SHIFT Recognised for Access Innovation and Enterprise Transformation

Reading, UK –  – Antevia Networks, the telecoms equipment vendor changing the economics of private 5G networks, today announced that its 5G SHIFT solution has been shortlisted in two categories at the Connected Britain Awards 2026. The awards recognise the organisations, solutions and programmes helping to shape Britain’s digital future. Winners will be announced during Connected Britain 2026, taking place at ExCeL London on 9th and 10th September. Antevia Networks has been shortlisted in the following categories:

·         Access Innovation Award – Recognising breakthrough initiatives that deliver connectivity where it was previously considered impossible

·         Enterprise Solution of the Year – Celebrating technology innovations that transform the way enterprises connect and operate

Both nominations recognise Antevia’s 5G SHIFT solution, which is designed to remove the cost and complexity traditionally associated with deploying private cellular networks.

Combining the performance, security and reliability of private 5G with an architecture that is as straightforward to deploy and manage as Wi-Fi, 5G SHIFT enables organisations to take control of their connectivity. Its scalable and flexible approach makes private 5G commercially viable across enterprises, public-sector organisations, healthcare sites, universities and major venues.

“Being shortlisted in two categories for the same solution is a strong endorsement of both the technical innovation behind 5G SHIFT and the practical value it can deliver for organisations,” said Simon Cosgrove, CEO at Antevia Networks.

The Connected Britain Awards are now in their ninth year and celebrate the most significant and innovative organisations, solutions and programmes shaping the future of the UK’s digital economy.
